Refund Policy

Scoop Patrol – Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive for customer satisfaction. Please review our policy below:

 

1. Refunds:

  • No refunds will be issued for services already completed

  • Refunds may be granted if we are unable to provide the service due to our error

 

2. Cancellations:

  • One-time cleanings must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance

  • Recurring services can be paused or canceled anytime with 48-hour notice

 

3. Missed Appointments: If we arrive and cannot access your yard due to locked gates or pets being outside, the full service fee may still apply.
